On Loyalty...

It is amazing, to me.. how foreign an idea of loyalty amongst your 'friends' is in a town like Las Vegas, Nevada. You meet so many people, daily..that can end up being your best friend one minute and maybe someone you didn't want know so well the next. I am not sure what it is. The purely transient nature of parts of the society here is part of it for sure... most of it - most likely.

So to become associated with people that are truly a pleasure to be around and have fun with - is rare in my book. Enter some of the people that make up my current and recent social circle of the 10 years that I have been a resident here, and you practically have a family.

I'm just saying in so many words, that it is a wonderful and great thing to have others in your life that let you realize the greatness of who you are. I have that. I am thankful for it.. and I wanted to let you all know about it.
