11:59 Cinema : Pineapple Express

This week for the 11:59 Cinema post, I decided to stay in. Mr. Lister (my usual partner in crime for the 11:59 Cinema) had a lot of school, personal, and work issues to deal with. So I was solo. I wasn't feeling well enough to go to a midnight movie anyway.. so it worked out.

So I finally got around to watching Pineapple Express streaming on Netflix. Let me tell you something.. this movie is hilarious. It's dumb humor, and really funny at that - and filled with a storyline that is just ridiculous. I had heard many things about how awesome the flick was, and how funny it came across... and they were all true. I really couldn't stop laughing.

Seth Rogan has made some really funny flicks since becoming a main-stream actor. His movies are full of his real-life friends.. and alot of really great actors that don't get enough screen time. Rosie Perezis part of the cast, along with Ed Begley Jr. - who is makes a brief cameo and is hilarious in this. I really can't say enough how funny it is. This movie is obviously NOT for children.. lots of off-color language and gunfights and chase scenes. It's worth the watch for sure! Check it out if already haven't already!
